Frattini Home is an housing project, connected to the network of services we manage, which has been created to answer the temporary housing needs of students, workers, families in housing emergency, young people looking for their first home…

The housing mix is one of the keys of the project, which brings together experiences and life stories, able to create active and alive communities which are capable of taking care of themselves and of the territory they live in.

We offer housing solutions for different needs: apartments, rooms and beds for students and young workers (contracts from 1 to 18 months); rooms and beds dedicated to under 35 who are looking for a co-housing solution in the project “Frattini Home, feel at home far from home” (contracts from 6 to 18 months) and other accommodations which are dedicated to social projects.

OUR OFFER

Each apartment – about 60 square meters – consists of:

3 bedrooms (2 singles + 1 twin room) a kitchen/living room and a bathroom.

At least one balcony overlooking public green area guarantees peace and quietness to each apartment.

STANDARD SINGLE ROOM

Comfortable single room equipped with functional furnishing, thought for medium/long term – study or work – stays.

SINGLE ROOM PLUS

Comfortable single room larger than the standard type equipped with functional furniture, thought for medium/long term – study or work – stays.

TWIN ROOM

Comfortable twin room with two single beds, equipped with functional furnishings, thought for medium/long term – study or work – stays.

RATES AND SERVICES

  • Standard Single Room – starting from Euro 510,00/month + Euro 150,00/month fees;
  • Superior Single Room – starting from Euro 540,00/month + Euro 150,00/month fees;
  • Bed in Twin Room – starting from Euro 250,00 + Euro 150,00/month fees;
  • Twin Room for Single Use – starting from Euro 550,00/month + Euro 250,00/month fees.

There is also the possibility to rent an entire apartment.

The rates includes: condominium fees, concierge service, utilities, weekly cleaning, basic shared kitchen kit, heating (underfloor), service team.

We do not include: bathroom kit and bed kit (towels, sheets, blankets), Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning and TV (there is a TV socket in every room).
